Natalie worked with me for two years and in that time contributed towards the growth and success of our department. She over saw all production logistics, managed finances, liaised with crew, supported producers on and off set, was across all our jobs so could lean in when necessary and finally, was a huge support to me in helping to keep the plates spinning. Natalie came in at a challenging time and rose to the challenge without complaint.
